Please notify us within 7 days if the product is faulty or damaged.
Due to hygiene reasons, products must be returned unworn, unopened and in its original packaging.
Please note: we cannot refund any product opened and/or worn.

A receipt or proof of purchase will be needed to complete your return.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and you will be notified by email. We will then contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection.
Once we process your return, you will be notified by email and either credited your original payment method within 7 working days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
